THANK YOU ARCADIA!!

The 53rd Arcadia festival of Bands held on Saturday November 18, 2006 was blessed with a beautiful warm fall day. Visitors were once again treated to the hospitality of our city. Thank you to the citizens of Arcadia, the Mayor, City Manager, City Council and especially the Police Department and Public Works Department for all their support and hard work. The support of the AUSD and its superintendent and Board of Education is also integral to our success.

Thanks to the parents, faculty and students of Arcadia High and Dana, Foothills and First Avenue Middle Schools for all your hard work as well. We could not have done this with out your hundreds of people and thousands of volunteer hours.

Thanks last but definitely not least to the dedication of the Festival of Bands committee who keep coming back year after year because they know what a great program we have in Arcadia and how much fun we have putting on this wonderful parade and field show. We’ll see you all in 2007. Saturday, November 17, 2007 is the date of the 54th Arcadia Festival of Bands. Mark your calendars!
