The Arcadia Music Club Car Wash Fundraiser was held on Saturday,
September 24 at four Arcadia school parking lots simutaneously: First Avenue Middle School,
Dana Middle School, Hugo Reid Elementary School and Holly Avenue Elementary School.
1054 cars were washed by over five hundred Arcadia High music students under the
supervision of dozens of parent volunteers. The car wash was an overwhelming success with
participation from music student families and friends as well as members of
the community. The final numbers will be
announced at the next Music Club meeting on October 18.
